Summary: The hotel is modest. The staff are friendly. Room cleaning is by request. It has parking area, however because it has an events place, parking slots gets full with no slots left for check-in guests. The website guarantees availability of wifi access however this has proven to be NOT TRUE! There is no wifi access in the room and even at the lobby, getting a connection can take forever.

Summary: The nicest place I've stayed at in Iriga city. Rooms were decently sized, and in fair condition. They bring the included breakfast the first morning, thereafter you must request or in the lobby. Customer service was great, except for the one impolite older lady at the front desk. Overall, it was fine. I'll stay there again.

Summary: Staff were very friendly and helpful did have a couple of issue with the room ie girlfriend got locked on bathroom as lock was broke wifi very poor bit this was more than made up by the friendliness of all staff will go back
