Positive: The hotel outperformed my expectations! The staff is very friendly and professional. The location of the hotel is great, as it is located in the centre of the city next to Kokand’s landmark. The service was excellent, and the pool and the room very clean. I had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed my meal on the terrace. I will come again, thank you!

Negative: Perhaps consider refurbishing the gym

Positive: Upon arrival, we got upgraded to a bigger room. Location was good and could get around by walking. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Negative: Ate at the restaurant the first evening and the meal was just okay.

Summary: For our last stay in UZ, we decided to go with a pricier hotel, and it met our expectations.

Positive: We recieved a very warm welcome from Muhammadayubxon on arrival and he continued to look after us during our 3 night stay. We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely and spacious with a very large and comfortable bed..not too hard like many we had slept on. Hotel serves a good breakfast and has a lovely garden and pool. We ate lunch and dinner and both were delicious. Muhammadayubxon arranged a fabulous tour for us and 2 other guests to Rishtan and Margilon, including 3 ceramic places and 2 silk places. We also had lunch at a local Samsa restaurant and excellent plov in Kokand at the end of the day.. arrived day to remember. We highly recommend this hotel and it's lovely staff.

Positive: The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. They were so kind to let us change and even upgrade the room for free, because the room we were first assigned was near the reception and we could hear some noises. Rooms are very clean

Negative: Just a small suggestion: it would be lovely to have breakfast in the terrace near the pool or in the garden. The restaurant room has no windows, it would be nicer to have breakfast with natural light.

Summary: Very welcoming staff. Much appreciated that the rooms were very clean.

Negative: Renovation works were ongoing and even though they have been mentioned upon arrival they extended to more places, lasted overnight with the noise, the concrete dust etc

Positive: Close to the Khan Palace, good breakfast, comfortable bed and good shower. They have us an upgrade for one of the 2 rooms.

Negative: Unfriendly and inefficient staff (gentleman) at the reception. Breakfast is from 7 am to 10 am… at 8am the buffet was half empty on both mornings
