Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Quiet bungalows facing the savannah. Shaded walkways The second pool is very serene. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable. Nice mattress.
Negative: I was expecting a dam with wild animals enjoying the water point, only to discover a muddy construction site with heavy machinery. One pool was under maintenance, inaccessible. Menu is overrated, I wouldn't pick it if not on full board. Yet the à la carte menu options are quite limited. Clerical errors, in the client's disfavour, are always annoying. Not a matter of money, but principle. Noisy mettalic beds shouldn't be the standard in a lodge. I understand monkeys can be an annoyance, yet I am not very comfortable with staff using slingshots to chase them away, certainly not in a national park.

Positive: Excellent staff and atmosphere; garden beautifully kept and excellent safari guide. Altogether charming place to stay. They catered very well for lots of people coming and going.
Negative: The only drawback was paying the bill which was a slow process and we had not been told that a minimum of four people is necessary for a safari which caused resentment. The swimming pool is a bit small but adequate.
Summary: I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Positive: Interacting with staff. Had a flu and the Clinic Nurse was so helpful. I witnessed firsthand in the breakfast how the hotel treats their own staff very well. It tells why they are so friendly and motivated. Keep it up. Guys, if you need a place to clear off your mind. Ashnil Aruba is the place to be. No doubt.
Negative: Nothing
