Summary: This place is rundown, no doubt about it. Tub has stains, walls need a good scrub, and the smoke detector in my room had a plastic bag around it. With that said, my room was very clean, bed was comfortable with like new sheets and pillows, fully stocked bathroom with towels, soaps and shampoos and above all there were NO BUGS which was my main concern checking into a place like this. It ain't fancy, but for its price its the epitome of the phrase 'good enough'.

Summary: This property was perfect for our visit for the Indy race. Clean with great staff. Would stay again!!

Summary: The room wasn't very clean. The floor hadn't been swept or mopped. There was a water leak under the sink. The fridge and microwave didn't work. There was a hole in the wall in the bathoom. But the owner was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

Summary: It was fine for a one night stay. Not the cleanest. There was mold on the bathroom wall and stains on the bathroom door. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.

Summary: If you are looking for 5 star service keep looking. If you need a clean room and low drama for a reasonable rate this is the place. My only complaint would be when we checked in I had to buzz someone to the office at 6:30pm and when I checked out at 10:00am I had to buzz someone to the office. Someone should be at the desk during peak hours at a hotel. A miner complaint. Would definitely come back
