Summary: The public areas such as the lobby was very clean, modern and welcoming. Gym was great for a hotel gym I was very impressed. Spa facilities were okay just abit cramped. Everywhere in the hotel was new apart from the rooms and corridors which were abit dated and felt abit old & dusty. However bed was very comfy.

Summary: Lovely stay in the heart of Kent. The pool, steam room and sauna added that little bit of extra luxury. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We are in the Horizons restaurant and the waitress was very attentive. The food was amazing and service was quick. Cooked breakfast was a bit dry. I would say get up as soon as breakfast starts for a fresh one.

Summary: This is a great hotel in an ideal location for onward travel to France via Eurostar or Le Shuttle. The check-in was fast, friendly and efficient. The staff were all very helpful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was plenty of parking too.

Summary: We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Room and hotel were very clean and comfortable. We got there late at night and had to leave early in the morning, so didn't get to use any of their amenities, but breakfast was good (with good options) and room fridge was stocked with beer! Check in and check out were very smooth and quick. A bit on the expensive side. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again (at a lower rate though!)

Summary: Very friendly reception staff. Extremely comfortable bed. Walls are a little thin, especially when there are little kids running around above, but that's hotels in general for you, earplugs are always on hand. Food was lovely, and plenty of gluten free options, even pie which is a very rare find. Not had time to try the spa. I'd stay again if I was in the area.

Summary: On a long bike packing adventure, stayed for one night and enjoyed a massage at the spa. Top notch hotel, very helpful solo receptionist also stored my bike in the concierge room. I slept well and had a great breakfast.

Summary: Hotel was decent however i definitely had higher expectations due to being an International Hotel and Spa, lady who checked us in at reception was very lovely, our room was in a good condition, despite a few faults however the air con wasn't working and in 30 degree heat it wasn't ideal. The restaurant in the hotel is lovely and portion sizes were perfect for us slightly overpriced but it was worth it. The lobby and reception was modern and kept very clean. We did check out the spa however the staff didn't seem as friendly and the pool etc didn't meet our expectation as we thought it would also the juccuzi wasn't working either.
