Summary: We were looking forward to breakfast. We came down to the kitchen area at 10 o’clock and was told that breakfast is over at 9:30. We never was told about it and check out time was at 11. Nobody made us aware of it so it was a bummer.

Summary: The place is easy to find, and the grounds are beautiful. The host & hostess were so accommodating that it made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it

Summary: I stayed here while in town for a seminar and breakfast didn't start until 830am which I feel is a little late for these properties. I didn't get to participate as I had to be at my conference. My room was fine- no intense cleaning smells or fake fragerances; however I had the library room which is the front of the house and there were 4 spotlights shining directly into the windows the whole night which was awful. I had almost no interaction with staff. It's one of those hard to review situations since I almost dont have a basis. The land is beautiful and it's close to peddlers village and new hope and lambertsville.

Summary: Awesome staff running the place Joe was super nice and made the check in process a breeze. Bo peeps hideaway was a great room that was very spacious and had everything you needed for a nice weekend away. Light and airy room did have a slight musty smell nothing that couldn’t be taken care of with a dehumidifier. Overall great stay

Summary: We had a girls weekend away. It was so relaxing and the animals were a lot of fun. Breakfast was great every morning. We had a small bonfire and lots of quiet. The end keepers were awesome and we will definitely be back.

Summary: The only positive thing I can say about this place is its peaceful, pastoral location and the friendly couple who run it. Beyond that, the experience was thoroughly disappointing. The room was unclean and felt completely neglected. There was visible dust, a leaking toilet, and a moldy, filthy shower curtain. Even the pillow covers smelled off — I seriously doubt they were properly washed. The bed was creaky and uncomfortable, and the electricity kept glitching. Everything felt patchy, worn-out, and badly maintained. Breakfast was minimal: a small piece of baked omelet, a strip of bacon, and a cookie. On the second day, no breakfast was served at all. This place does have potential due to its serene location and warm hosts, but it's currently very poorly managed and in need of significant care and maintenance.
