Positive: We had an amazing stay at this place in Greece! The house was perfectly clean and comfortable for our group of four. The owner is truly the kindest person you could ever meet — so friendly and welcoming. The area is absolutely beautiful, and the resort is wonderfully maintained with a unique, charming atmosphere. I’d recommend this place to everyone — it’s one of the most beautiful spots to relax and unwind.

Positive: We loved the terrace and the surroundings. A beautiful garden where we could relax and enjoy our breakfast and peaceful mornings. The hosts are maintaining the facilities and garden so nicely…. It is obvious how much love and Greek „Meraki“ is placed to establish and maintain this unique place. The lights in the house are placed with care to make it cosy. The high wooden ceiling is a relaxation plus for peaceful nights… The owner contacted us with clarity and intention making sure our stay is planned and fitting with comfort to our arrival time. Hosts are proactive and very thoughtful. The pool is very clean and the food served is excellent. From a fresh orange juice to a delicious burger made with crispy hand made potatoes all is excellent quality. We will visit again in blooming season to smell the orange and lemon blossoms!

Positive: Excellent accomodations. Spacious with all amenities. Top Starlink internet. Could watch Nova or Cosmote on tablet and smartphone. Restaurant exceptional with top notch fillet mignon or veal t-bone and other meats. Large servings very affordable prices. The wines are very good and the service overall is getting better and better. We have been going there several times in the last decade. Well done Dimitri !!!

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at Asfendamos: Dimitris and Pepi are very friendly hosts. The houses and the garden are beautiful (stone houses, olive trees, beautiful pool). Everything is very well maintained and clean. The poolside restaurant serves excellent food and we loved tasting Dimitris' own olive oil. Asfendamos is a 10 or 15-minute walking distance from the closest beach. Kakovatos, the next village, has several restaurants and small two convenience stores. It's a perfect base to go to Olympia. Bassea (Temple of Apollo Epicurius) or further south to Pylos, but it's also a nice place to take it easy by the pool or the beach.

Positive: The accommodation and facilities there were good - swimming pool and bar as part of the complex. Quiet and peaceful whilst we were there in late September. It is surrounded by trees inside secure grounds.

Negative: Without transport it is out of the way and not very close to any amenities. With a car it is fine about 40 minutes from ancient Olympia, 10 minutes from a small town and 10 mins from a fabulously sandy beach - apparently 63 km long according to our host!

Summary: Enjoyable, the atmosphere of Olympia followed by the beauty and calm of the beach

Positive: Dimitri was very hospitable and made sure we had a lovely stay. The actual villas and surroundings were beautiful like an oasis. Would definitely go back again! The cocktails ,coffee and waffles were amazing.

Positive: Beautifully maintained property. Very clean and quiet. Everything functioned properly. Stone walls soundproof the interior. Located by amongst olive and orange trees. Large swimming pool, and beach less than 1k away. On site open air restaurant with delicious evening meals. Everything felt safe and comfortable.

Negative: No door to bedroom. Although parking was secure, the car was not near the house. A guest could drive close to the house to unload bags before parking.

Summary: The hosts were fantastic. Overall site was charming and upscale.
