Positive: Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Clean hotel and bedroom but room basic for four stars. Breakfast had a limited selection but good.

Negative: Poor wifi in room (second floor, no313) and leaking bath so bathroom floor partly flooded. Mentioned it to reception on first night, was meant to be fixed next day but issue remain on the next day. I would have asked to move room if I had stayed another night.

Summary: Functional and convenient for business trip as factory visited was 10mns away.

Positive: Comfortable and spacious room, but a little dated. Breakfast was quite basic they may want to work on it. Location was good, but you will need a car to reach the nearest metro station to Milan (Gessate)
