Summary: The hotel is lovely and the staff as well. We really enjoyed the large rooms, the breakfast and the lovely pool, however, there were some disturbing noise from the main road on the standards rooms. I believe for a 5 star hotel a double glass window is a must. And the other issue was that the room was quite far depm the elevator, and with a 3 year old it wasn’t very convenient. We stayed for one night because it was close to the airport.

Summary: The soft product of the hotel was completely on point. In particular the staff were amazing. However, some cost saving choices were clearly made during fitout that are beginning to show. For example, our curtains would constantly get stuck, as would the door to the patio. Also the paint on the shampoo dispenser was flaking off into our hands.

Summary: Fridge was empty not would normally take any drinks. Checked in a 2:10pm an wastnt given my room until 3pm. I was waiting in the foyer was told 30min my patience run out at 3pm and asked when my room would be ready. I dont wish to be critical just stating facts. The only thing i would critize you dont have control of and that is idiot thickie guest who think the have to slam a door to close it in the middle of the night.
