Positive: Great facilities I.e. cutlery, plates, dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer. Great friendly staff. Great check-in.

Negative: There was only one clean by the housekeeping crew during the 9 nights stay. The outside deck area is in the shade in the daytime.

Summary: Easy to book in , great before arrival communication with Kellie and great, clean facilities.

Positive: I booked this for my mum. The staff were great and put her in a lower unit so she didnt have to walk the stairs. The furnishings are a little dated but it doesn't matter, as the appliances and air conditioner/heater are new, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer and dryer. The location is fantastic, its really close to the beach, the shops, restaurants and casino. The unit comes with a car park, however its also close to the tram stop if you are not driving.
