Summary: A perfect spot to spend some “girls” time! Very comfortable place. Clean and well stocked. Located very near the college-perfect for visiting families. Close to everything including The Great Sand Dunes, the Alien Look out, Zapatista Falls, mineral springs, hiking and more. The host was very attentive and quick to respond. Also gave us lots of restaurant suggestions that were spot on.

Summary: So the house was very clean , however the air conditioning didn’t work. The bathrooms are very small, especially the one attached to the bedroom. Other than that great location to access adams state and down town area. Spacious back yard ,
