Summary: We had a wonderful time, as we did the last time, in April of this year (2024). Everything was just fine in this VRBO and, as with the last time, communications with Courtney was easy and she was very attentive to our needs. We may come up again in the next few months.

Summary: As promised, it was a fun artsy row house in downtown Wilmington, seconds from 1-95, in a diverse, walkable neighborhood. There was usually 1 parking spot available within a block of the house. The Vrbo ad makes it look like there's a hot tub, but there's not. However, the place was completely charming, with all the amenities, including a pantry and fridge with more than the usual starter foods. The hosts were easy to contact by email or phone and very responsive. I'd totally rent again from them.
