Summary: This property is phenomenal! Clean, practical, cozy, etc and the price is perfect! Dana was also super easy to work with and the perfect host!

Summary: I rented the property for a birthday weekend. It was quite, quaint and beautiful!! Perfectly located between historic Jonesborough and Johnson City, it was the best location for everything we were looking for. We loved the fire pit and option for yard games. My partner enjoyed playing the guitar Dana had provided in her music area. The whole stay was perfect. From the sweet gesture of the happy birthday balloon to the follow up about our stay, Dana was the most amazing Host!! Highly recommend this little home to get away!!
