Positive: The location was great. There was no staff the room did not get cleaned. We had to ask for towels. There was no water actually no service at all.

Summary: Great location zero amenities. They gave us breakfast vouchers at a café that was closed

Positive: The breakfast was fine. Typical Italian breakfast of coffee and pastry. It is located right on the main square in downtown. It was in walking distance to the Bus Station for me. Great spot when visiting Campobasso. This was my second stay at this property.

Negative: I would prefer a chair in the room.

Positive: The suite was large, stylus decoration, and comfortable. The room overlooked the main square which was lovely. The room was quiet. The breakfast in bar central was a coffee and croissant. This was a nice experience.the town is great.

Negative: The check in was poor. None at site when we arrived and no instructions on how to contact. After driving all day this was tiring. I phoned and eventually sorted. There was a large kitchen due to rushed check-in, unclear what could be used (it looked lovely). The parking on the square is paid(use easy park). Free parking further away

Summary: A magical place to stay at Christmas looking over the decorated square and Xmas mkt.
