Summary: Atthough an interesting property it needs to be professionally managed and serviced. The general quality of the bedding could be better. The air conditioning was noisy - which meant we could not sleep well. Nevertheless the staff were helpful & friendly

Summary: We stayed for 2 nights. It is a brand new hotel, very good equiped and in a good and safe neighborhood. We were almost the only guests. They tried to please us so hard that it was a little uncomfortable. The hotel and staff can grow when there are more guests. Give it some time.

Summary: Comfortable, simple and clean room with effective air con in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Great breakfast (choice of Sri Lankan or continental) and the staff were extremely hospitable and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Large room in a nice house east of Colombo city centre. A tuk-tuk ride only takes 200 Rps. The Sri Lankan breakfast is tasty and service is great. I recommend it to anyone willing to visit Colombo.
