Positive: Green room was fantastic. Being able to get drink’s and snacks most of the day was a great experience. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Negative: Not as many places to eat close by.

Summary: Great value for money, felt like an all inclusive in some ways.

Positive: The hotel made a fantastic impression on me! What I loved the most was the great location and the cozy local bar right below the hotel, open until late. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with a balcony, which was a big plus. I also really appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks available throughout the stay. On top of that, the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi included in the price made it an amazing experience—definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Negative: There is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Positive: Beds were very comfortable. Excellent shower. The snacks and drinks in The Green were a lovely treat! Hotel was very clean overall and the staff very helpful

Negative: Not much! The pool and jacuzzi were a bit disappointing.

Positive: Fantastic location very close to the centre of Mahón and bus station. Also within a short walk from car parks where car could be safely left overnight for €9. Rooms spacious and very clean. The Green is an area where you can have a drink and a snack . This was an amazing bonus for us as not expected. Staff throughout exceptional. Will definitely visit again.

Negative: Major refurb being undertaken in floor 3 & 4. Did not effect us until morning of departure, but would have been nice to be made aware work going on during our stay.

Summary: Amazing stay . You will not be disappointed!

Positive: Comfortable rooms with all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. We particularly liked the complementary snacks and drinks which were a nice touch. Only 10min walk to the markets, restaurants etc so great location. There was parking only 5mins away.

Positive: I really like the facilities. The roof top spa was amazing and a great addition to the hotel experience. The courtesy snacks and drinks were really good and appreciated. Overall a great stay. Will definitely come back or stay in one of the sister hotels.

Negative: The internet was a little slow which made it difficult to watch TV on YouTube etc...
