Positive: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 We had a fantastic stay at Artemis in Chania! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, with great communication throughout. We loved the thoughtful welcome package — fresh fruit, grapes, cookies, and raki chocolates. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped (washing machine, iron, large fridge freezer), and had a lovely balcony with distant sea views. The shower was amazing, and the host’s restaurant recommendations were spot on. Easy access to the old town via the No.18 bus. The mattress was a bit firm for me, but overall, an excellent stay!

Negative: It was all perfect!!

Positive: Where do I even begin... From start to finish, my experience at Artemis Apartments was nothing short of amazing. Georgos was super communicative before I arrived, providing me with lots of helpful information. When I arrived at the apartment, Georgos' mum, Artemis and his dad, Stefanos, were there to greet me - they were truly wonderful! Words can't express how warm and sweet they are! The apartment is just like the photos but even better! I loved the additional 'over and above' touches, such as freshly baked cake, fruit, water, and various items in the kitchen, as well as feminine care products, cotton wool, and Q-tips in the bathroom. Everything was tastefully designed, so comfortable and spotless. For me, the location was perfect. It's about 25-30-minute walk to the Old Town and the Centre, and a 20-minute drive to and from the airport. Driving around Crete was amazing, and having a parking spot for the hire car at the apartment was great. I like to be close enough to the hustle and bustle, but far enough from the main tourist areas, so that I get a feel for the local life, and that's exactly what I got at Artemis Apartments.

Negative: Absolutely nothing! I didn't like that my time in Chania came to an end!

Positive: From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and cared for. The hosts greeted us with cake, fresh fruits, and raki — such a thoughtful way to start the trip. We even met the host’s lovely mother, and the next day, they surprised us with ice cream! The hospitality was next-level. They gave us fantastic recommendations for food and beaches and even provided a beach umbrella. Every little detail was taken care of — the apartment was spotless, and everything we could possibly need was already there: from laundry detergent and cleaning supplies to even personal care items like pods for us girls. It really felt like home. This was one of the most heartwarming and generous Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. If you’re thinking of booking — do it. You’ll be in great hands. We’d absolutely love to return!

Positive: We had the most amazing vacation in Chania, and this apartment played a huge part in that. It’s not only beautiful and spotless, but also incredibly comfortable. Everything looked just like the photos — or even better! The host was beyond helpful and kind, always ready to share great recommendations. Thanks to him, we discovered some of the best gyros we’ve ever had! His hospitality truly made us feel at home. We’re already dreaming of coming back to Chania, and when we do, we’ll definitely stay here again. 100% recommended! ❤️
