Positive: The Woodend timber house.

Negative: The house still has a lot to improve. Kitchen facilities need to upgrade or replace. Hot Springs bath is very dirty and not easy to go through and not safe as it is easy to fall into the hot bath. Half the house were pretty cold and the shower room is out side. We are travelling around, this place quality is definitely not worth for the cost. It is in a nice location but it needs to look after so will have better business. Cheers.

Positive: The location was off the beaten track and very peaceful and quiet. You can see the stars at night and you can run into animals along the road when you drive back at night. Saw deers and foxes by the road when heading back at night. The floor was heated, which helps tremendously with keeping the place warm. The open air bath was nice too!

Negative: The insulation could have been better as cold air comes in through the windows. Curtains would be very useful at the very least or proper insulated glass. In addition, the bedroom near the living room has no heating and makes the whole place very cold. There were items on the outside of one of the windows that does make the property look a bit messy. Some of the kitchen utensils probably need replacing as they were chipped.

Summary: Good place to explore the countryside in the summer. Maybe not so for the winter.
