Summary: The staff were amazing. Really helpful (we were able to check-in early but they gave us the wrong type of room which they quickly rectified) every time we asked a question or asked for help. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a really good shower. The location is excellent, handily located near the U-2 station Markisches Museum and bus stops and the street seem quiet and safe. Splashed out on the breakfast on our last day and it was superb, with a good selection to choose from.

Summary: We spent 3 days at the hotel and couldn't fault a thing. Arrived early morning not expecting to check in but they were happy to accommodate us and even upgraded us. It was my partners birthday and they sent cakes, gift & complimentary drinks to the family room. This was very unexpected but a very welcome and kind gesture. Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of hot and cold options. The gym and sauna were clean and well maintained. Location was quiet but a short stroll to museum idland and Alexanderplatz
