Positive: It was a nice room with AC unit, carpeted floor and multiple beds as well as a old tv and bathroom. It was clean "enough" but could have been better in the corners. The whole place was full of paintings and that was a nice touch. There were even mosquito nets on one window which was great!
Negative: The bathroom had a bad smell from the drain pipe and also didnt ventilate. The shared kitchen had some dirty and broken dishes, the stove didnt work. Shared Fridge was smelly, likely from other peoples food. Also there a lot of ants on the bin. Not pleasant! I would probably avoid the kitchen in this condition.
Summary: Nice room with AC and paintings

Spaceous rooms, well-kept retro style and perfect blinding. The local artisan market is very close and there is a reasonable grocery nearby, which closes at 9:00 pm.
Negative: The kitchen was not as clean as the rooms, however it was OK.
