Summary: We were excited to stay in this nostalgic hotel in downtown Broken Bow because of its old school charm. It was charming the moment we walked in, the front counter attendant was very pleasant, and having to use an actual key to summon the elevator was a first. That was where the charm pretty much ended. While the room was spacious, and had a wonderful layout with the bedroom being completed separate from the kitchen, dining room and living room, it was also the only room where the A/C was somewhat working. We had to shut the door to the bedroom so the A/C unit in the bedroom could cool the room as much as it could, as the separate living room and kitchen units both blew warm air. There were no updates done to the room, but we were okay with that because of the old style of hotel it was. The room and bedroom & bathroom all had that same old musty smell as an antique store, and the bed had almost no support, as we both sloped towards the middle. The morning breakfast was nice to have, and the old bar & restaurant was fabulous. We love stopping through Broken Bow, but probably won't be returning to this hotel unless they actually spend a little money to fix and update things.

Summary: Very nice old hotel. Food in Restaurant great, as was the breakfast buffet. Front desk clerk who checked us in was excellent as was our waitress at dinner. Bed area very tight and have to watch hitting your foot against frame.

Summary: The Arrow is a gem. A historic building from the 1920s. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bar staff were great. The common areas were clean and inviting. My room with a king actually had a separate sitting area and a kitchenette. Downtown Broken Bow is classic small town America. It was a great stay and i wish i had more time to spend.
