Positive: My room was very spartan. Not a good thing. Not a bad thing. Just a fact. However, I had a minor medical emergency here and the staff running the hotel could not have been more helpful. For that I'll always be grateful.

Negative: Breakfast is instant coffee and basically non-existent. However, I assume most people staying here are continuing north to Malapusca so it's not really an issue. Plenty there.

Summary: Clean, safe, basic place to stay while waiting overnight for the morning ferry.

Positive: Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and with air con to keep you cool during 30 degrees heat. Also right next to the port as we were going to Malapascua Island the next day so great place to stay 😀 They also helped me with airport transfer as well.

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Convenient location to get to maya port. Staff were friendly. Bed and pillows were extremely comfy.

Negative: Room felt a bit damp. Was clean enough but could certainly be better.

Positive: Location is right next to the new port to catch a ferry in the morning to Malapascua Island, very convenient. It's fairly quiet, except for the roosters next door that starting crowing at 3am! Room was spacious.

Negative: They need light blocking curtains. Only had sheer curtains and the lights from outside kept me up at night. A/C was also louder than is helpful for good sleep.
