Positive: People in the hotel were amazing. The room was so clean all the time. Breakfasts were good.

Negative: Internet was a little bit wired. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not work. It would work outside of the room, but not inside the room.

Summary: We loved everything and stayed longer than we originally booked.

Positive: I booked a single room and when I checked in they asked me if I wanted a bigger room for the same price. The room was big and clean with a chair and a fan and TV. The bathroom was big and has an amazing shower, with high pressure hot shower. The best shower I have known. The included breakfast was excellent with many choices! When I was leaving I needed to get to Pereira, the guy helped me and walked with me to the Flota Occidental bus stop, thanks for that!

Negative: This is more of a Homestay than a Hotel. When I arrived I had to wait outside until someone who spoke English came. This might just be a misunderstanding, because I don't speak Spanish.

Negative: Was charged more than booking.com offered me. Breakfast is only till 9am. For a Sunday morning is pretty early . After checking out about 30 mins later , had the need to used their bathroom and one of the stuff / owner member had a problem with that and after using it , made an inappropriate remark.

Positive: It is a family run hotel and the owners and the staff are very nice and helpful. They did everything in their hands to facilitate our stay. We stayed over the period of New Year's Eve and they included us in their celebration. It was great!

Positive: Very beautiful and clean place. The garden is nice. Breakfast was great, as well as the service. When I stayed there, the owners beautifully decorated the hotel for Christmas. It's clear that they do everything with love.
