Property situated on lovely Aroa beach, western sunset side of Rarotonga (on the lee side of the island). With all tide swimming and fantastic snorkeling at your doorstep. Beautiful white sandy, safe beach just steps from the house. Beautiful clear blue lagoon, fringed by waves breaking on distant reef.
House is fully self-contained with fridge freezer, plus clothes washing machine. Hair dryer, bathroom towels & beach towels. Outside shower, extra to 1.5 bathrooms inside. All windows and doors fully screened. Air con in the bedroom.
For stays of more than 7 nights, a linen change and clean will be arranged at a convenient time.
Large convenience store within a 500 metre walking distance, open 7 days. Larger superstore /supermarkets 15 min drive.
Rental cars can be arranged, bus stop at the gate.

Summary: We spent nearly a month at this wonderful property, and enjoyed it tremendously. We were so sad to leave. The beach really is at the end of the lawn, and it really is as beautiful as it looks in the photos. What a wonderful treat to be able to stroll across the lawn to the beach and into the warm south Pacific ocean to snorkel among the incredible tropical fish. The house is perfect for a family, but as a retired couple we found it suited us just fine. A huge kitchen, dining room with a big table, and a very nice living room. The bedroom with a king and single bed was comfortable, and we could look out the window in the morning to view the ocean. The side by side bathrooms, one full and one-half, were all we needed. The immense covered patio with many chairs, lounges, sofas and even a day bed, table to eat at, and a grill - really, what more could we want. Two picnic tables on the lawn, and three chairs overlooking the beach, under the palm trees. Vaine and Oki were wonderful and friendly hosts. They brought us fruit, fixed small problems like squeaky doors, and otherwise respected our privacy. Janice was very helpful, promptly responding to questions, and arranging our shuttles from and to the airport. Finally, our favourite beach bar in the world, the Shipwreck Hut, was right next door. We enjoyed strolling over there for a drink or meal. They have live music most days, but it ends around nine pm when the bar closes. Do we recommend this property? Absolutely.

Summary: Enjoyed our stayed loved the access to the beach at the backyard kids enjoyed it and the kayak was amazing . Shipwrecked NXT door which was fine. No free wifi had to buy a hot pass but we ended up using our data also not much on the telly but apart from that. Really loved being near the beach it's beautiful

Summary: The lagoon is right there and it’s so so beautiful we went snorkeling every day and loved it, will definitely be back. The bar next door does have some regular fairly loud music in the evenings but it doesn’t run late. Totally worth it.

Summary: Waterfront with safe swimming . Next to a resort bar which is handy but some noise which does stop around 9pm each night . Used their wi-fi . Very price competitive .

Summary: We had a great time in this lovely spacious house. Plenty of room, large kitchen. The beach is on the back yard - amazing views and sunsets. Safe for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking. Comfortable beds. Great to have a washing machine and plenty of clothes line to dry things. Handy to have a restaurant next door for when you don’t want to cook. We would definitely come again! Thank you.
