Summary: What could be improved is the flexibility shown in exceptional circumstances. We were unable to reach the cottage due to a snowstorm, and a partial refund would have been a reasonable gesture of goodwill. Policies serve their purpose from a business standpoint, but an occasional act of understanding goes a long way in building lasting customer loyalty

Summary: Cabin was warm, cozy and spotlessly clean upon arrival. Good restaurant on site. Great fish and chips from food truck just down the road. Beautiful walking trails close by as well.

Summary: It was fine, bed was comfortable but the room was very bare bones, only one pillow, hot water only lasted 3-5min, felt like a $75 cabin you would rent in an american state park but they charged you $300 + a night. Ive stayed in better hotels in iceland that make more sense value to cost. Theres no view no skylite the big window you see just faces other cotages.
