Summary: Rather old and poor aspect of the room (sockets, lighting, etc), breakfast is ok but nothing remarkable and pool area quite abandoned.

Summary: The staff was very helpful, the room was in good condition but the hot water was barley warm, the internet connection was intermittent. The pool water was too cold to enjoy and barley any Sun because of the surrounding buildings. The gym was not open (no working machines.) the Spa was closed. I was very disappointed from my previous stay several years earlier.

Summary: It takes entirely too long to check in and out. Its dark in the room lightening is not good. The process of checking in and out is as if you are going thru customs into another country. Never have anything prepared, they have list of reservations for the day, they should be prepared for the customers coming in. Its a horrible system checking in!! I will never stay there again, the wife has more patients and will stay if traveling alone but personally i cant wait 30 mins for you to print, sign, print, fold, sign, or whatever takes you so long. I checkin to newcoasts and it takes 5mins and they offer me my upgrade. Armada.. no upgrade and if you ask they look at you like you are crazy. Everytime no sorry sir we dont know. They know I am expedia member and its suppose to be offered if your a gold member but they never do.. Anyway .. Cheap hotel, good rooms I recommend if you dont mind waiting to check in.
