Positive: the hotel offers a pretty view, a large swimming pool, a good breakfast, and spacious rooms.

Negative: We were disappointed to discover that the jacuzzi was not hot, neither inside nor outside. In addition, the shower pressure was inconsistent and there wasn’t always hot water available. The price was high and didn't reflect the value, especially when the room was market as a “special room with a jacuzzi,” while the jacuzzi is not working.

Positive: The property is beautiful. Everything looked just like in the pictures. Our room was cosy and well equiped with bathrobes and shower supplies and got cleaned every day. The place is a short 15 min. walk to St. Nikolas beach and a 10 min. walk to center street of the town. Including a nice cocktail bar nearby! But what truly made this place special was Maria and her family(in-law). They were so welcoming, kind, caring and would be there whenever we needed it! Highly recommend staying here if you enjoy quiet, good food, and relaxing!

Positive: This property was so far beyond what we expected. Maria and her team were unbelievably kind and considerate, they were such a highlight of the stay. The facilities were immaculately maintained and the location was a short 10-15 minute walk from the town centre and the beach. As a result of some of the rooms having private pools we had the main pool to ourselves a lot of the time which was a bonus.

Negative: My only issue was we couldn’t figure out how to turn out fridge down so it kept freezing things. However we kept forgetting to ask about this so I imagine it would have been fixed as the staff were so attentive.

Summary: The perfect place for luxurious relaxation. We don’t often return to places but we will definitely be coming back here S

Positive: Maria and her Team are very friendly and take good Care of our needed and wishes. Amazing view Over the sea and Pure delightfull sunsets Very close to the village, so WE can walk to have dinner.

Negative: WE missed a closet, since WE we're staying for 9 days and would like to take out clothes out of the suitcase. The rooms are comfortabel but misses something for organization.

Positive: Excellent hotel, run as a family business with attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction. Overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely recommend the place for people that want a quiet, clean, romantic place to relax and enjoy Karpathos

Negative: there is really nothing to complain about - for almost all aspects of the stay hotel was exceeding expectations and for the remaining ones it was comfortably meeting expectations

Positive: We all had our own suites. The staff were there but allways discrete but ready to help. Fantastic sunsets. Comfortable beds. Great village yummy local restaurants and a fab cocktail bar for sunsets.

Negative: For long stays the wardrobe space by the kitchen may be annoying. Not loads of cooking equipment. It didn’t matter as we are out a lot.

Summary: Just simply beautiful. Amazing host. You felt like you were staying with the family.
