Positive: The hotel is amazing! The room was meticulously clean and contained everything you could need. It was cleaned everyday. The staff were amazing, they were so helpful and polite at all times. The breakfast was arranged through WhatsApp and delivered to your room at the time arranged by you. I really like the use of WhatsApp as you can message any queries you have and receive a reply straight away. I will definitely be back again. Thank you for the awesome service and making my first time in Santorini incredible :)

Positive: The room was absolutely beautiful, the staff very helpful via whatsapp, this is a hotel where you really have your privacy, rooms super clean and comfortable, breakfast was also generous and great. Also we loved staying in Pyrgos, it made it easy to visit the island, charming place that’s not too crowded and allowed us to have a very beautiful 10 days greek experience.

Positive: If you are looking for privacy, excellent service and a peaceful location in Santorini away from the crowded tourist areas, Ark is the perfect choice. We stayed for three nights and only had positive experiences. Communication was simple through WhatsApp, where breakfast was arranged and any queries were quickly answered. Some reviews mention that taxis are expensive, although we actually found them cheaper when booking with the hotel’s driver, who was both reliable and convenient. Breakfast was a real highlight, delivered to our room each morning with the option to keep it the same or try something different each day, all arranged through WhatsApp. Overall, it was a wonderfully relaxing and enjoyable stay.
