Positive: It really felt like a home away from home. My girls loved the pool and the pool house was really convenient to put the girls togs and found that they were all dry for their next swim. The house was very clean. The house was really spacious and the rooms were decent size. We are planning to stay again for our baby's 9th birthday to finish off the last attractions in Rotorua and visit the luge again. Thank you Airistaair!

Negative: I was hoping the trampoline was gonna be there but we still had fun without it!

Positive: Location was great, the house is next level amazing! Everyone loved the heated Pool. Was really good having 3 toilets. The heaters were great and didn’t take long to heat up. Kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed, the fridge is totally amazing super modern, the ice maker was handy and it was awesome it could play music! The oven was awesome too. There were plenty of towels. My brother owns a carpentry business and he couldn’t fault the workmanship done on the house he said the builders had done a really good job with the renovation. The house was perfect! And we would definitely stay here again

Negative: Probably the washer/dryer machine. Although it was good for washing the dryer mode took too long so we found our selves having to go to the laundromat. Also the clothes line wouldn’t stay up so we hang towels over the pool fence The ensuite shower door opening is quite small so larger people may struggle to get in but they can always use the main bathroom shower I guess. The gate remote wouldn’t work so we brought batteries to change the battery and it still didn’t work. It got abit annoying having to get out and put the code in each time we wanted to leave the house and get back in.

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Positive: Great holiday venue, very thoughtfully prepared for guests. A Christmas tree and decorations were most welcome for our 3 generational family. Luxurious bedding options including alternative pillow offerings, heated pool was exceptionally pleasant.

Negative: We would have liked a coffee machine but were grateful there was a plunger

Positive: The nicest, most well equipped place I have EVER stayed. The hosts obviously understand how to host. Everthing was there, we didn't need to ask for a thing. The house was perfect in every way and felt warm and inviting. A true home away from home. The pool was amazing. The kids slept very well. Everything was secure. We even loved having a herb garden. We added some basil, hopefully it survives for next time we come down. The kitchen is beautiful and functional. We loved the books explaining the history and host's efforts and struggles. Just perfect!
