Positive: Excellent customer service from the staff. Can select the type of pillows to suit your needs I thought was good for a comfy night sleep. The onsen was excellent. In room dinner was good as expected, and as was for breakfast.

Negative: Perhaps Arima Onsen is a pricey area. Could be more price friendly.
