Positive: Excellent place to wind down at the end of our trip to Peru. The staff were lovely and helpful, especially Juan. Plenty of selection on the menu so did not leave the hotel for the 5 days that we were there. Lots of activities in the hotel and a beautiful sunset each night.

Negative: The only negatives were that the water temperature in the shower did not get up to full heat and the service in the restaraunt could be a bit slow at times, depending on how busy they were.

Positive: Comfortable, hospitable, very welcoming, give you free snacks here and there which is a nice touch. They make it obvious you are in a nice resort. Pool is very nice and hot tub. Served food late, and restaurant is good.

Negative: The access road to the property, literally is an oasis in the middle of desert.

Positive: The location is unbeatable, the rooms with a pool a great. Most staff were nice.

Negative: The mattress was soft, the breakfast and restaurant are Ok but not 5 stars. The cocktails are not good. No gym, the massage room is just in front of the toilets. Some facilities need renewal.

Positive: The hotel is beautiful, the pool is really pretty and the location is calm. The staff is really nice they always have a smile for you. People on the fron desk not so much tho

Negative: I pay for a room with spa bath and when i got there they told me the water was not temperate. So a spa bath with cold water is not nice. The food is nothing special and is expensive yes
