Positive: It’s in a great location and you have everything you need for your stay. I love that there is a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment and there is a Cole’s supermarket with in a 5 minute walk. We stayed in and cooked some nights with in our stay, great way to save a few dollars.

Negative: The fact you had to collect the keys from across the other side of the river where there is very little parking and when you’re not familiar with the area it can become a little overwhelming.

Summary: A great place for a family to stay.

Positive: The location is excellent but the check in was not very convenient as the pick up for the key is 15 minutes taxi ride from the property. I was sent a lot of information three days prior to check in and I missed the very important information that the location for the key pick up was far from the actual location. It could have been highlighted as this is a booking.com property and not an Airbnb. We thought there would be a reception there but actually the reception located there is not for this actual property. Was a little information overload and it was easy to have missed some details. As a booking.com client I am not used to reading so much information. That’s more Airbnb I’d say.

Positive: Great location, very central, and the apartment has a nice balcony. The pool and gym are great too. The host seemed receptive to feedback.

Negative: The fridge was constantly making a loud high-pitch noise and the suggested solution didn't work. The check-in/check-out was overly complicated with various forms to fill out online, then go to a completely different part of town for the key pickup/return.

Summary: Overly complex checkin/checkout and loud fridge, but great location and nice facilities

Positive: Great location for Southbank area, just a short walk to the theatre (QPAC) and the man made beach area on the Southbank. Supermarket a short walk away too. Lovely pool area to use. Apartment was comfortable and clean. It’s safe and secure too. Would book again.

Negative: Just the chair and sofa a little tired, needs updating.

Positive: The location was perfect for our visit. Gallery, museum & southbank parklands. The unit was well equipped. Plenty of towels, good beds. Good contact with host. Great to have a carpark

Negative: Unfortunately with all the recent rain, the pool was turning green. Just bad timing, for that one. A closer key pick up point would be better. We had a car, but if you didn't it would be inconvenient
