Summary: The pros: A great space to spend a few days with family. The rooms were big and the view was great, as the pictures show. The private beach was pretty nice and the pools were nice. Everything with the rental was smooth and Daniel (our management point of contact via VRBO) was helpful with check-in. The staff at Arena Blanca were very nice. The cons: showing some minor wear on the inside, and the exterior has some areas of disrepair (cladding coming off on the sea-facing side, since salt air destroys everything metal). One giant roach was both amusing and kindof gross. The real bummer was confusion about cleaning fees, since the house cleaners insisted we pay them, and we were also charged another cleaning fee on the VRBO website. When I asked for an explanation, I got no response from Daniel. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
