Positive: Secluded garden style property, peaceful and quiet. No ocean views of the beautiful aitutaki but nice that it is so private. We were greeted by a big bowl of fresh fruit and coconuts. House was modern comfy and had everything we needed and to be honest was nicer than I thought it looked in the photos. Thanks guys

Positive: Loved the location - the fact that it was out of the way, not too close to others, very private was great. Our host met us at the airport to take us to our home. The home was perfect for our needs. The facilities were awesome.

Negative: What we didn't like has nothing to do with the property but more to do with living on a tropical island and came in the form of smaller insects and the 'moko'. All were harmless.

Summary: We would definitely book this property again !!

Positive: Loved the privacy. Best trip to the airport ever. It took two mins to get there. Despite being next to the airport and golf club, it’s not noisy. Base 1 is a 5min walk. Really loved our stay. Apologies to the hosts as we left a bit of a mess.

Negative: Needed ceiling fans.
