Positive: House was beautiful, clean, spacious. Hosts were clear in their communications, very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a treat! House warmed up nicely with fire and heatpumps and cosy electric blankets. Feeding the chickens and sheep in the morning was a highlight for the kids. Very close to SH but very quiet, didn't notice any road noise at all

Positive: Perfect country side living to stay safe and to have a good day with your family and loved ones. Owners were kind and friendly people with lots of kindness to take our kids for cattle feeding and compassion for their guests.

Positive: The home is clean, well cared for and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed including farm fresh eggs from their chickens!

Negative: Due to this being an older home and during a transition time in the seasons, it was a little chilly in the kitchen/dining rooms. The rest of the house very comfortable temps however.

Positive: Loved Andre & Elsie’s BnB in the country north of Dunedin for our stay - our stay was way too short and wish I had time to stay longer! They were so welcoming as well and helped with the luggage too! So spacious and so many rooms/beds - value was amazing! Left us some farm fresh eggs from their hens for $5 (put money in the jar) and we scrambled those up in the morning ourselves and had some toast and jam and some yogurt with it.

Negative: No negatives - all was great!

Summary: Amazing & huge AirB&B in the country - lovely hosts!
