Positive: Ardarroch Cottage B&B is outstanding. It is a true labour of love. Ellie Lane, the proprietor is exceptional. Her care for guests, the service provided and the abundant little touches that make a great place into a amazing place are there in plain sight. The pre-check contact is sensitive, exceedingly customer friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Her interpersonal skills are of the highest quality. The food is not only delicious, but presented beautifully. The rooms are clean, the facilities excellent and everything about Ardarroch spells quality in capital letters. In fact, the afterglow of appreciation following time spent at Ardarroch is palpable.

Negative: Everything was exceptional. For some travellers finding Ardarroch apparently is a challenge, but I can't understand why.

Positive: Our room at the cottage and our host were absolutely lovely. We only wished that stayed more than one night. Communication up to and during our stay was timely and very helpful. She sincerely cared about ensuring the best experience possible for us. The morning hot breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed conversations with our host and other guests. Overall a very peaceful stay.

Positive: We stayed in the cabin, not the B&B. It was a very nice cabin with a small kitchen and a sofa bed. Everything was very clean. The host is a very kind lady, and we felt very welcome. Occasionally, a family of wild deer came to take a look close to the cabin. That was a very nice experience. We had a very good stay here and hope to return in the future.

Negative: The sofa bed was a bit less comfortable to sleep on. No other remarks.
