Positive: I booked the family room which was a bit bigger than the usual smaller rooms which had an extra bed. But that comes with the price.

Negative: 1. We were a family of three and stayed there for three days. The staff didn't provide adequate toiletry items like towels, brushes etc. 2. Parking - Valet parking compelled us to give them our car and when we gave and specifically asked him to park our car in the basement, they parked outside in hot sun. When we went back to get in our car the next day, it was burning hot inside and full of dust. He even scratched our car door. 3. train track is nearby so trains keep on coming and honking even during night that disturbed our sleep 4. Phone inside our room wasn't working so couldn't call reception or restaurant. Person came to fix it but it became unusable again 5. The cost we paid definitely is high and the for this there are rather better hotels and resorts in the city. Gym was not operational. 6. They let some bachelors stay in the room near to us and they were all night smoking and drinking with their room door kept opened. a person in fact opened our room door and said sorry. This was ridiculous.
