Summary: The villa was perfectly located close to the beach & restaurants. No driving was required except to supermarkets. There’s a lovely coastal promenade at the bottom of the road which is used by joggers and dog walkers. The villa itself was lovely, clean, well equipped and had all day sun around the pool & decking.

Summary: This is a very well equipped, clean and comfortable house. The sea views are lovely and the living space is great. The pool area is lovely and was well used with our 7 teenagers. The location is good, a short walk to the sandy beach with some good restaurants. Stephanie was very helpful at all points and welcoming.

Summary: The owners were prompt in replying to all questions while booking. Everything was great, organized, cleaner onsite and answering any questions we had. Highly recommended all around. The villa is modern, decorated with taste and perfect location to the beach and within walking distance to shop and restaurants. Thanks for a great week. Summary: The host Stephanie was wonderful from the start and met us upon arrival. The house is great for large families and groups and only a very short walk to the beach. The children loved the pool however there was an issue with the filter whilst we were there and it was murky most days however this didn’t stop the kids enjoying it everyday. The house is very well equipped and has everything you need. An extra couple of chopping boards would be useful though. Amazing house and would love to go back. Thank you Stephanie x

Summary: This Villa is absolutely phantastic. Large, clean rooms, lots of light, great Kitchen and Dining area for plenty of people and guests. An absolute asset is the pool, the BBQ outside and the Veranda on the first floor. Stephanie is very sweet and an excellent host for our large group. The Womens Masters Nationalteam from Germany says many thanks to Stephanie for opeining up the Villa to host our team during the Ultimate Frisbee World Beach Championship 2017 in Royan. We felt warmly welcome and treated as very special guests. Thank you from the Team and we hope to someday come again to Royan! Valeska
