Positive: The location is good as it is really close to the funicular, it is quiet and relatively clean.

Negative: Most of the staff is unfriendly. One should not work in hospitality if they do not want to help and be friendly to others. The price quality ratio is bad, it is definitely expensive for what you get. We stayed here two nights in two different rooms and both bathrooms had something missing or broken, and they were both noticeably old. The vegan options are extremely poor. For breakfast it is just bread, cheap jam and tomato. For dinner it is bread, a bad cooked oily pasta with a couple of mushrooms on top, and chips sold as "patatas bravas". The salad is the only ok item.

Positive: Staff were very pleasant, there was a nice little shop and the spaces were nice.

Negative: The breakfast was woeful -all pre-packaged goods. Although we were lucky to have a little restaurant there, the menu was really unimaginative and limited, with a lot of dependance on frozen chips, only the salad was good.

Positive: Perfect location. Close to most epic routes in Picos de Europa and Sotres (by car) and Bullnes funicular. Wonderful views. Really tasty dinner in hotel restaurant (10 out of 10).

Negative: Parking is not guaranteed. It’s small and you can’t reserve a parking spot. It’s “first come first have” concept. In the restaurant personal have such a different attitude towards guests. It’s like two different places in the evening and in the morning (it’s striking example how one person can change the whole impression). Evening shift was 10/10.
