Positive: It is a large house. The large property, and a large kitchen.

Negative: NO WI-FI, NO TV, NO CABLE, and only 1 bar at best sometimes at the house. NONE of the TV’s were hooked up to any dvd or cable box so all were useless. It was impossible for us to coordinate with others in our group and we had to drive 12 min. out of the community to get cell reception. The “water” feature was so loud, it was impossible to hold a conversation at the dining table. The bed in the master was uncomfortable and the pillows were poor. The refrigerator, freezer, and microwave oven were dirty and had not been cleaned and there was hair in the second bath near the theater. The house was dusty, the vent above the water feature had not been cleaned a year.

Summary: We paid too much for our stay. The poor quality of bedding, pillows, and lack of anything other than salt and pepper in
