Summary: AFantastic! Nelson greeted me with such warmth and gave me a detailed tour of the facilities. Rosert, who always has a smile on his face at the front desk, was so kind and helpful, just like the other receptionists. The housekeeper girl was incredibly friendly. The location is superb, right next to a wonderful large mall, and very secure.
