Positive: Excellent kitchen with large fridge Everything U need for cooking. Great Bbq & verandahs for cooling. Spacious & comfortable beds. Would stay again as elderly aunt loved the house & thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Negative: The lip to bathroom /laundry was an issue for elderly aunt. The rest of the house is level other than 3 steps up back & front is great for partially disabled. Bathtub very deep & great if U have little kids. Ensuite was suitable for elderly aunt. No wifi was a problem for our international visitor but not for us. No air-conditioning in living/dining but not a problem for us as we are locals & used to heat.

Positive: Location was great, nice house with everything available for use by tenants, quite spacious considering the size .

Negative: This had nothing to do with the house itself other than previous tenants had left greasy plates halfway through stacks in the cupboards and a number of other items were found requiring cleaning. I would imagine the cleaners have a hard task tidying up after every tenant, especially holiday season and there are just some items that get overlooked.

Summary: Overall , great location, great little house and we really enjoyed our stay at this holiday rental!
