Positive: All in all, very good and special: 100% privacy Jungle feeling Beautiful view of Mount Agung

Negative: Unfortunately, it was not possible to get a coconut within two days, even though it was on the menu, and outdoor seating would have been great (there were only two chairs).

Positive: A beautiful little house tucked in the jungle. I particularly loved the outdoor shower! And the staff are so attentive, anytime we needed a driver or wanted to do an activity, it was quickly arranged.

Negative: It’s not a dislike, people should be aware that it is a bit out of Sidemen so will need to arrange with the staff pickups and drop offs (but they’re very accommodating and always have someone available) and it was a bit pricier than I was expecting.

Positive: The gardens and the privacy

Negative: It was raining and they could not supply an umbrella to use. No warm water for showers. Being charged for one cup of powdered milk for our cup of tea. Food was average and cold, delivered in the rain uncovered. No cleaning of our room during our 3 nights stay.

Summary: Beautiful bamboo hut and gardens but for the price we paid we should have received better service

Negative: Not much! Wifi needs an upgrade and place could be even more comfortable if there were some sunbeds. You could hear the neighbour-travelers who stayed in a similar house which doesn't contribute to the all alone in the jungle feeling I thought we would get
