Positive: Amazing view from the room 360 degrees in the middle of vineyards , excellent spa and massages, the Osteria should have a star Michlen for the dinner experience. Everything was excellent and very comfortable even with a baby

Positive: The location was amazing!! Pool was nice. View from the restaurant is pretty.

Negative: Some of the staff went above & beyond, but some were unfriendly, uninterested & not welcoming at all.

Positive: Updated, very clean amazing hospitality. Got an upgrade because I came with a service dog and they wanted to make sure I get a garden for her!

Negative: Nothing. Perfect place. Will come back next time I’m in this most amazing region.

Positive: Nice location close to everything in La Morra (but definitely need a car to get around this whole area). Breakfast was good, but a bit "simple" in the sense that there was no fresh fruit/ cheese/ meats. We enjoyed the yogurt and liked that we could order eggs and bacon from the cook and they were super fresh, as well as your choice of espresso drinks. The croissants were also a nice treat. The room was nice with a great view/ balcony to see the whole area with vineyards and rolling hills. We liked the storage space in the room and they did a thorough job cleaning the room so it felt very fresh when we got back from our day away. We enjoyed the spa a lot (can use it for 90 min per night of the stay) but you need to book ahead of time, so if it is a busy period and you know you want to use the spa, might be good to call them up before your stay to book a slot! We didn't try the restaurant as we had booked another nice restaurant during our stay, but it didn't look like there were many people during the period we were there (early January). Private place to park your car during the evening, super convenient! Overall the staff were very warm, welcoming and kind!!

Negative: I can second what I have seen in other reviews that the lighting in the bathroom was quite poor/ not so easy to do my makeup in the mornings. Breakfast was good, but a bit "simple" in the sense that there was no fresh fruit/ cheese/ meats. Could expand the selection a bit or have some veggies or potatoes with the eggs. Also a bit strange to charge an extra 15 euros (!!) for pancakes when the room is already quite a healthy cost for the area.

Summary: Overall a lovely stay in a beautiful location w/ nice spa!
