Summary: The check-in took too long, as the reception was unmanned and we waited for a little while until someone came out to greet us and check us in. We were given an upgrade to a big flat and that was a nice surprise. The flat had a note asking us to clean the kitchen before we left to avoid being charged for cleaning. I find that excessive. This is a hotel after all and it is expected for room maids to clean after you when you check out.

Summary: The front desk staff were exceptional. I am sorry that I did not get all of their names, but I do remember Winston very well, a kind and friendly soul. Their thoughtfulness and kindness went a long way towards making my stay memorable. In addition, the room (actually, apartment with kitchenette) to which I was assigned was roomy, bright, comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was convenient and I have nothing to suggest in the way of improvement. The online photos were representative of the apartment in which I stayed.

Summary: The property itself was very nice, staff was kind and very helpful. The area around is pretty much walking distance which is great. The only flaw I'd say is that the walls are thin so noisy with neighbors.
