Summary: Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor. The room was plenty big. Breakfast was good! It's well located (right behind the Swedish Embassy) and a 5min walk from Republic Square. Would I come back, probably not.

Summary: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Wi-fi was fast, the connection was stable. The room was clean but dated. The bed was just OK. The shower equipment needed repair. Breakfast was marginal with very limited selection.

Summary: The hotel is nice and a good value, but if you need to contact the staff before or after your stay, they do not respond. Our son left his favorite toy rabbit in the room. He is very upset about it. We tried to call and email the staff to see IF they found it. No response. They say they will call back, but they don't. When we thought there was an issue with the reservation before we arrived, we called and they said they would check and call us back (we had a local Yerevan number). They never called back. Several times we tried, but they do not respond.
