Summary: Beautiful property, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and dinner was great as well. Metro station is minutes away and there was easy access to transportation. Would recommend.

Summary: Generally, a good hotel. Convenient and near subway station. Clean and good sized but let down by lack of air- conditioning.

Summary: Very nice staff let down by a substandard hotel. No aircon in the rooms. It was 33c when we stayed and our room was boiling all night. There is some kind of ventilation system but it was weaker than a hand fan bought from Temu. Weirdly the communal areas (hall, restaurant etc.) were cool and seem to have aircon. The staff kindly gave us an electric fan which helped a bit, but we barely slept. There is no fridge and no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. We have just spent 10 weeks travelling around Europe and have never come across such a lack of amenities. On the plus side every single one of the staff are really nice and professional.

Summary: There is a lot of bad to speak of but the only bright spot was Khaled. He works at night and went out of his way to make us happy. I wouldn’t stay here again. I chose it for the aquarium but too expensive for what you get and no swimming pool.

Summary: The hotel is fantastic, close to the metro for getting around. However they have a passive cooling system that doesn’t work that well during a heatwave. We happen to visit during the heat wave and it wasn’t the most comfortable. That seems to be the case with most places in Switzerland. Thank God the staff gave us a fan otherwise we wouldn’t have slept at all.
