Positive: Nice accomodation, very good location. Nice clean rooms, good equipment, including coffee maker. Good wifi. Near pools. Kind staff.

Positive: The staff was amazing and helpful in every way. The hotel pool is great. The unlimited access pass to thermal baths is an amazing perk - we were even able to use it for the entire day on the checkout day.

Negative: The hotel is advertised as a 4-star on Booking, but it is actually just a 3-star. Throughout the entire week, our towels were not changed, not even once. When the shower hand in the shower run out, it was replaced with hand soap. We used the hotel pool, and the water had a great temperature, but the pool jets were never turned on.

Summary: Great value and relaxation for your perfect holiday at this hotel!
