Positive: Very clean and comfortable. We had free snacks gifted. The host is exceptionally attentive with any needs you would have, even upon no request.

Negative: The location was not excellent, 15 minute-walk to the nearest metro station was a little far away, but it is worth it given the facilities of the apartment.

Positive: I think this is just about the best apartment we have ever stayed in! The welcome basket was so thoughtful & the supplies provided, pasta, sauce & even cheese were beyond what you would expect. The apartment is modern & comfortable with shops, restaurants and bars close by. Sadly we only stayed one night but would 100% re-book should we be in Rome again.

Negative: The toilet and shower were not properly cleaned. The floor was dusty. Water leaking from the floor of the ensuite shower. Stuck in the lift for about 3 minutes.

Positive: It is very good that the apartment has 3 air conditioners. There is a large, beautiful kitchen and a comfortable bed, as well as a washing machine. These are great advantages of the apartment.

Negative: The elevator is terrible; we got stuck in it twice. The elevator needs repair, which is a huge problem. The shower in the room with the balcony is leaking, and after each use, we had to wipe up a significant amount of water from the floor.

Positive: The apartment has a good starting point for traveling around the island. The apartment has new furniture.

Negative: We had problems with the elevator in the apartment, we had to walk to the 6th floor. There was no water in the kitchen during the day. In the toilet, the water did not pull the paper. When leaving behind the apartment, we had to take out the trash.
