Summary: The place was great, clean, everything worked. We spent more time around the pool than we thought we would. Needed uber to get around, probabaly could have gotten by with some electric bicycles.

Summary: Love coming here to Aqua Vista. This is our 3rd stay. Best thing I can say is CLEAN! Perfect for small family. Very quiet neighborhood along the canal. Pool was great. Everything you might need for a day outing is there. Only thing I might suggest is TV's in the bedrooms. But overall, 5 Stars.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs..a Weber grill is right out the back door for convenient grilling. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable. The entire property flows with easy access to every room and the outside area..lanai and pool are perfect. We spent two weeks relaxing, sunning, swimming, grilling and enjoying this wonderful home. We extended are stay by a few more days as we did not want to leave. The Landings is a quiet upscale neighborhood but very close to all shopping. Sean was just a phone call away with excellent customer service. We will happily return to this great property.

Sean and his team did a good job managing our stay. There was an air conditioner prob at the original house in Lauderdale so Sean moved us to a beautiful place in Delray beach while the a/c got fixed and had us move back to the original house on the Thursday. Both houses had a lot to offer and were clean and we would consider going back.

Summary: Beautiful property. Love the floors. No carpet so it has a very clean feel. Enjoyed the heated pool. And the spacious kitchen. Second time renting this house and hope to be back next year.
